Laser hair removal is a cosmetic procedure that uses a powerful laser, or IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) to remove unwanted hair. The aim of the procedure is to heat and destroy hair follicles in the skin, which disrupts hair growth. Farha’s Clinic has a range of machines to ensure that our clients get the most out of Laser Hair Removal. Laser hair removal aims to target the hair follicles during the growth phase for the best results, so we suggest that the treatment is repeated once every 4-6 weeks to ensure all the hair follicles have been targeted.

Laser Hair Removal targets hair follicles in the treatment area with a powerful laser or IPL. The treatment heats and destroys the hair follicles within the skin, disrupting hair growth. The treatment (for best results) needs to be repeated every 4-6 weeks to ensure that all follicles have been targeted.
The laser or IPL heats the hair follicles in the growth stage, killing off the hair at the root & disrupting future growth.
Laser & IPL removal can be painless depending on which machine requested. If treatment is consistent then client have experienced little or no hair growth within 4-6 treatments. This can offer medium and long term effects.
Results can be seen within a week. Dependant on current hair growth, hair will literally fall off the skin. This will then lead to the hair becoming less dense and then eventually not grow at all.
Depending on treatment area, treatments can last from 15 mins up to 1 hour 30 mins.
